Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

 

Jessica understands that seeking support can be a vulnerable step, and she is committed to creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. With extensive experience in both mental health and substance abuse treatment, she has worked in outpatient and inpatient treatment centers, detox facilities, and county jail settings, providing care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

Jessica works with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use and addiction recovery, relationship challenges, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, adjustment to chronic illness, domestic violence recovery, and LGBTQ+ related issues. Through compassionate and individualized care, she helps clients develop insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Known for her warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, Jessica creates an environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and working toward personal growth. She believes therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals and utilizes an integrative, client-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practices. Her therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Relational Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
