PROFESSIONAL BIO

Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southeastern University and a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. She has experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, private homes, and addiction treatment centers.


Ashley utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client, drawing from client-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, EMDR, and other evidence-based treatment models. She has completed EMDR training and incorporates trauma-informed techniques to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build healthier coping patterns. Ashley provides treatment for a range of concerns, including anxiety and depression, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, abuse and trauma recovery, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, self-esteem and body image concerns, and life transitions.


Ashley is passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover hope. She believes each person’s story is unique and meaningful, and strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel supported, accepted, and comfortable exploring both past and present challenges. Her goal is to empower clients to develop insight, resilience, and the confidence needed to create lasting positive change and live more fulfilling lives.

Ashley draws from multiple evidence-based therapeutic models to ensure treatment is individualized to each client’s needs, strengths, and goals. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and insight-oriented, helping clients develop the tools needed to improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, process trauma, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. Ashley incorporates EMDR therapy as part of her trauma-informed approach when clinically appropriate.
