Thank you for visiting my practice web site.  I hope that you find what you are looking for as well as links to helpful resources.  I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional.  I have been in private practice in Palm Coast, FL Since 2002.  I am located in the West Pointe Plaza at 381 SW Palm Coast Parkway Suite 1.  I provide individual, family, couples and group counseling for children, adolescents, and adults.  With over 20 years of experience I work with a broad spectrum of clients.  I provide treatment for various issues including, but not limited to Depression, Anxiety/Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Behavioral problems, Anger Management, Stress Management, Relationship problems, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  I provide treatment for various Addictions as well as Motivational and Life Coaching.  I also specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma.

Clients can expect an interactive, solution-focused therapist whose therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.  I use an eclectic approach, integrating complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to the individual needs of each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.  I am available evenings and schedule my appointments to accommodate the client.  I try to provide each client, regardless of circumstance, with an environment that they will feel safe and comfortable.  Clients who come to my office can expect to be treated with dignity and respect at all times.  I would be delighted to have the opportunity to work with you and/or your family.
